Information on the trading of CA Italia shares

We wish to inform our Customers that Crédit Agricole Italia shares are not negotiable, and for the moment are not expected to become so, in any  regulated market nor in multilateral trading facilities or other bilateral systems nor does the Issuer plan to carry out any activity designed to centralise, manage, carry out or facilitate the exchange of shares.

The possibility clearly remains to assign or transfer shares on the basis of the principles that regulate negotiating autonomy between private entities.
