Transferred Receivables

  • On December 18, 2020, Crédit Agricole Italia S.p.A. and Crédit Agricole FriulAdria S.p.A. assigned en bloc and without recourse (and with economic effect from August 1st, 2020) a portfolio of receivables arising from secured loans and other financial receivables of different nature and technical form, claimed from debtors classified by the relevant assigning bank as non-performing. The sale took place pursuant to artt. 1, 7 and 4.1 of Securitisation Law and art. 58 of Legislative Decree no. 385 of September 1, 1993 ("Consolidated Banking Act") and a notice of the related sale was published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Italy no. 7 dated January, 16, 2021 and in the Companies' Register by the assignee.

    On December 16, 2020, Crédit Agricole Italia S.p.A. assigned en bloc and without recourse (and with economic effect from September 30, 2020) a portfolio of receivables arising from unsecured loans and other financial receivables of different nature and technical form, claimed from debtors classified by the relevant assigning bank as non-performing. The sale took place pursuant to art. 58 of Legislative Decree no. 385 of September 1, 1993 ("Consolidated Banking Act") and a notice of the related sale was published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Italy no. 7 dated January, 16, 2021 and in the Companies' Register by the assignee.
